Several weeks ago, I called and inquired about getting a water softener. The gentleman on the phone was very kind in explaining the process and costs and they even sent a technician the same day to give us a consultation. We decided to go for it and they scheduled us quickly for installation. The two employees were respectful to my home and one even drove all the way back to their office to switch out the salt tank to ensure it wasn't talking all our laundry room space. They cleaned up after their work and even helped us with a water shut off valve. We highly recommend this company and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our daughter has struggled with skin issues all her life. We’ve done all the special OTC washes/soaps/laundry detergents and even many rounds of prescription creams. We were at a loss and it was so sad seeing our 2.5 year old cry that her skin was itchy/burning/hurting and to see all the bumps/dry patches all over her skin. I said we did not and she said we might want to consider it. I’m not sure why I didn’t think of this because I grew up having a water softener. The entire process from the estimate to the install was wonderful and very easy/carefree on our part. The results have been nothing less than amazing!!!! Not only is our daughters skin SO much better but we have noticed all of our skin has improved significantly! I’m using way less moisturizers and my skin feels so soft. I also noticed an unexpected result of less hair loss when I shower, my hair color looks so much brighter and my hair feels nicer in general. All things I didn’t think about until I went to my hair stylist today and she asked what I changed because she noticed the difference!!! Not only have we been very happy with the outcome but I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional this business was and how easy they were to work with! If you have ANY need for services they provide I would highly recommend calling them!
